Monday the 16th started move in day at the barn, at which time my OCD took over and since then I have been cleaning like a madman and slowly moving in to the barn. It has been endless, so it seems but as of last night, the only things left to go over are: feed cans, horses, tack, trailer, brushes, their water buckets and stall guards, so everything they will need for the next week. The second photo is from mid-scrub week....we now have three sets of crossties, each with a saddle rack and soon, a bridle rack as well. The tack room, office, and hay/shavings room are all finished and supplied, and we have a grand total of 8 stalls matted for our first batch of horses.
We are still waiting on the arena to get worked, as it has not been used in some time, but the footing is beautiful and we already have tons of nice jumps to dress the place up with. Some of the rails need new paint, but that is something we can work with, We will be gaining some new project horses, which I am very excited for. Be sure to follow us on facebook, as the second they arrive they will be getting albums posted on our site to follow their progress.

We are so very pleased to announce our big move to our new facility. We are very excited as this is giving us a huge opportunity to be able to expand, have more horses in training and more available for sale. Previously a 16 stall polo barn, we are in the process of converting it into a 12 stall hunter/jumper barn and it will be coming along soon!
Our new facility boasts a 100x200 sand arena with jumps, acres of grass turnout, with lots of natural cover and arranged in a way that small herds can be together, but not have the pressure of one single large herd (and the totem pole fights that go along with that!) We have access to miles and miles of trails, what could potentially be a hunt field for jumps, a dirt track, polo field for occasional use and of course the quiet and professional atmosphere that everyone longs for. We will have photos to come as the process begins (Monday starts the cleaning up) and the horses will be moving in August 1st. Those that may be interested in boarding can visit our "about us" header and head down to the "boarding" tab, we have board packages to sui |
